Founder Jonathan Himschoot brings a rare dual expertise to every project—as both an accomplished interior designer and a licensed Managing Broker with Compass Real Estate. Since 2007, Jonathan has guided discerning clients through the purchase and sale of luxury properties across Seattle’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including Madison Park, Washington Park, Capitol Hill, Madrona, Leschi, Laurelhurst, Windermere, View Ridge, and Hawthorne Hills. This synergy of real estate insight and design acumen allows Jonathan Himschoot Designs to offer a seamless, end-to-end experience—from acquiring the perfect property to curating every interior detail with intention and artistry.

A Colorado native who has called Seattle home since 1998, Jonathan lives with his husband and their Cavapoo, Diesel, in a thoughtfully restored midcentury residence in Laurelhurst. Outside of work, he finds joy in cooking, wine tasting, skiing, international travel, and deepening his fluency in French and Spanish.
