Jonathan Himschoot is a residential real estate broker and interior designer based in Seattle, Washington.

Jonathan has been providing real estate brokerage services for 17 years and is licensed as a Managing Broker with Compass. He concentrates on the Seattle’s central and northeast neighborhoods, including Madison Park, Washington Park, Capitol Hill, Madrona, Leschi, Laurelhurst, Windermere, View Ridge, and Hawthorne Hills. In 2023, Jonathan Himschoot Designs was created to provide full service interior design services to clients in Seattle and beyond. We help people from all walks of life live more luxuriously through designs that fuse quality, beauty, comfort and warmth.

A Colorado native, Jonathan has lived in Seattle since 1998. He and his husband own a midcentury home in Laurelhurst that they have been lovingly improving since 2006. They are proud fathers of a young adult son and a Cavapoo named Diesel. When not designing or selling homes, Jonathan’s passions include cooking, wine tasting, skiing, traveling, and improving his French and Spanish language skills.
