In 2023, Jonathan expanded his practice by founding Jonathan Himschoot Designs, a boutique residential interior design studio based in Seattle. Drawing on his deep understanding of how people live and what makes a house truly feel like home, he creates refined, modern interiors rooted in timeless style, livability, and individual expression. His dual expertise allows him to see properties not just as transactions, but as spaces with potential.

Originally from Colorado, Jonathan has called Seattle home for over 25 years. His own residence—a thoughtfully renovated midcentury home in Laurelhurst, shared with his husband and their Cavapoo, Diesel—reflects the principles he brings to every project: intentional design, lasting comfort, and authentic expression. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys cooking, wine tasting, skiing, international travel, and studying French and Spanish.
