Central Area Victorian
The upper-level bathroom in this 1903 Victorian was incredibly tight on space and was challenged by a clawfoot tub and a swing door that barely allowed passage into the room.
The new design features a pocket door (created from the original), an efficient yet luxurious walk-in shower, and a compact freestanding vanity. Classic black hex tile floors and white subway tile walls speak to the historical era of the home, while scale and arrangement take things in a modern direction. The tri-color “plume” feature wall in the shower is a nod to Victorian ornamentation.
